Sessions and Fees
I believe in being transparent about my fees and policies. Here's everything you need to know about booking sessions with me:
Details
- Initial Consultation: Free 30-minute online/telephone
- Sessions: £60 per 50-minute session
- Session Format: Available both in-person (Billingshurst) and online
- Frequency: Usually weekly, but we can discuss what works best for you
I understand that therapy is an investment, not just financially but in your wellbeing. If you're concerned about the cost, please don't hesitate to discuss this with me. I offer a limited number of concessionary rates for students, those on low incomes, and key workers.
Availability
I'm available for sessions on:
- Tuesdays: 8am - 8pm
- Wednesdays: 8am - 8pm
- Thursdays: 8am - 8pm
Payment Details
I accept payment via bank transfer or cash (for in-person sessions). Payment is due in advance of each session. I'll provide you with my bank details during our initial consultation.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable, but I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows me to offer the time to someone else who might need it.
If less than 24 hours' notice is given, or if you don't attend a scheduled session without notification, the full fee will be charged. Exceptions may be made in cases of illness or emergency, at my discretion.
