I'm so glad you've found your way here.
I'm a person-centred counsellor based in Billingshurst, West Sussex. My journey into counselling started with a spark – a realisation that I loved supporting people of all ages, through life's ups and downs.
I believe that each person is unique, with their own story to tell. That's why I offer a warm, judgment-free space where you can be yourself and explore what's on your mind. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, feeling low, or just need someone to talk to, I'm here to walk alongside you.
My approach is person-centred, which means that you're in the driver's seat. I won't tell you what to do or how to feel. Instead, I'll support you as you uncover your own insights and strengths
When I'm not counselling, you might find me curled up with a good book, taking a walk with my dog, or trying out a new recipe in the kitchen. These simple pleasures help me stay grounded and remind me of the joy in everyday life.
I have a BA (Hons) degree in Humanistic Counselling and I'm a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). This means I follow a strict code of ethics to ensure I'm always working in your best interests.
If you think we might be a good fit, I'd love to hear from you. Let's take that first step together.
